This is the future site of Oak Grove Apartments and Learning Center, a project that will receive a $1.8 million grant from the state's Community Investment Fund 2030. It will have 69 mixed-income affordable apartments and a learning center for kids at Oak Grove and Colonial Village, the 200-unit development next door.
